Alliance Cancer Control Program ADOPTS New Committee NAME
The Alliance Board of Directors has approved the renaming of the Health Disparities Committee to the Populations, Education, Access and Research (PEAR) Committee. The new name better reflects the committee’s mission and areas of focus, highlighting its work to address population needs, expand educational efforts, improve access to care, and support research initiatives across the organization. The PEAR Committee, which is part of the Alliance Cancer Control Program, will continue to guide programs and strategies that advance these goals.
