Holiday Closures
Dear Alliance Colleagues,
In observance of the upcoming holidays, please find below a list of all relevant office closures.
- Alliance and Alliance Foundation operations in Boston, Chicago and Durham will be closed Wednesday, December 24 through Thursday, January 1.
- Alliance Statistics and Data Management Center (SDMC) will be closed on Thursday, December 25 and Thursday, January 1.
- McKesson Clinical Research Services will be closed on Thursday, December 25 and Thursday, January 1. For additional details, contact the Clinical Research Services team at 800-693-4903 or clinicalresearchservices@mckesson.com.
- Alliance Biorepositories will be closed on Thursday, December 25 and Thursday, January 1. Please review the BioMS holiday schedule for details.
- Alliance Service Center will remain available by e-mail for issues related to the Alliance website and information systems managed by the SDMC at Mayo Clinic during the week of December 22.
The AFT technical support desk e-mail will also be monitored during this time. For any urgent operational questions for AFT studies operations, please email info@alliancefoundationtrials.org and include “Urgent” in the subject line.
Study-specific questions: For protocol eligibility, treatment, or dose modifications, please first consult your local principal investigator. If these issues cannot be resolved locally, note that Alliance staff will check messages periodically from December 26 through December 31 and will respond only to urgent inquiries.
